When Mathew proposed to Elisabeth, he had planned the whole thing. A beautiful scenery at a beach in Southern California. Right for the time of a magical sunset. He took his guitar, to sing to her and the ring to propose. One of the things though that can't be planned is nature. Especially, when bad timing is involved too.
Everything was going well, when exactly at the time that Michael went on one knee and popped the question, a huge wave covered them in water. You can say for sure, that this is a proposal that was both romantic and adventurous.
