Adam King surprises his girlfriend, and a train packed with commuters as he organises a singing flashmob to serenade her before popping the question.
Mr King decided to use the 19.57 London Overground service to Watford Junction as the location for his unusual proposal.
In a video of the event unsuspecting commuters are caught off guard as seemingly random members of the public begin a rendition of Bill Withers' 1977 song “Lovely Day.”
After singing a few verses the flash mob pauses as Mr King gets down on one knee and asks Lucy Rogers to marry him.
Through tears she accepts and the singing starts up again mixed with the sound of the whole carriage clapping.
